WILL I BE COVERED DURING THE SESSION?
During Energy Healing and Bodywork you will be fully clothed. You may wear Woman(Sports Bra and leggings or loose pants) Men (Shorts or sweats). You do have the option to wear minimal clothing based on the work being done.
HOW MUCH SHOULD I TIP?
Omega is a Medical based clinic tipping is encouraged for regular massage but not demand or for medial based bodywork. Generally 10-20% of your service is recommend.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I RECEIVE A MASSAGE SESSION?
This depends allot on why you are seeing us for the individual session and what your goals are. The therapist you are seeing for your session will go over the best session-based plan that fits your budget for the best optimal results.
WHAT IS THE FINE PRINT ON SERVICE GUARANTEE?
It is simple if you do not feel that the time give was worth the service given i.e. The level of service given for the work received. You can state at anytime during the session you are unhappy with the work and would like to leave. At this time you will able to gather your things and leave with no charge for the time of service. However if you leave and are unhappy later no refund will be given.
CANCELLATION POLICY?
Is a 24-hour notice and you may, if you are unable to attend your session log on the booking site to remove your session or reschedule for a later time.
If a session is a no call no show the session is charged at 1/2 the cost of the original price of the session.
All clients are required to attach a credit card to their account in order to book with us. Nothing is charged unless a no show occurs or in the event a session is terminated by the therapist for any reason.
We understand thing happen and will make exceptions to this. If a client is sick, we ask that you leave a message/email and remove yourself from the schedule for both the clients/therapist benefit.
