WILL I BE COVERED DURING THE SESSION?
During Therapeutic massage yes you will undress down to you and the therapist comfort level and be covered with a sheet and blanket. The table is heated to provide extra comfort.
During Reiki and Neuromuscular you will be fully clothed. You may wear Woman(Sports Bra and leggings or loose pants) Men (Shorts or sweats).
During Cryo T-Shock you will have the body part uncovered that is being worked on and sheet to cover up like in a traditional massage.
HOW MUCH SHOULD I TIP?
Omega is a Medical based clinic tipping is encouraged for regular massage but not demand or for medial based bodywork. Generally 10-20% of your service is recommend.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I RECEIVE A MASSAGE SESSION?
This depends allot on why you are seeing us for the individual session and what your goals are. The therapist you are seeing for your session will go over the best session-based plan that fits your budget for the best optimal results.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE SESSION TIME?
Neuromuscular Massage - A initial session consists of assessment, consultation, bodywork, and after assessment.
Therapeutic Massage - A initial session consists of consultation, undress time, the bodywork, redress, and then after assessment.
Reiki - A initial session consists of consultation, assessment, Reiki session, and then after debrief.
Cyro T-Shock - A initial session consists of consultation, undress if needed, the Cryo T-Shock session, redress, and then after assessment.
Is a 24-hour notice and you may, if you are unable to attend your session log on the booking site to remove your session or reschedule for a later time.
If a session is a no call no show the session is charged at 1/2 the cost of the original price of the session.
All clients are required to attach a credit card to their account in order to book with us. Nothing is charged unless a no show occurs or in the event a session is terminated by the therapist for any reason.
We understand thing happen and will make exceptions to this. If a client is sick, we ask that you leave a message/email and remove yourself from the schedule for both the clients/therapist benefit.
